Hey Paul. Oh a rear garage so probably no room for a pool. Front office with a bathroom? Oh and a closet so a bedroom. Missed the door on entry. Don’t like the direct view of the kitchen on entry. The dining seems so far from the kitchen. Like the breakfast nook. Huge primary. Big shower with seat. Linen and good size Closet. Like the split floor plan. 2 Bedrooms with balcony. Laundry 🧺.
