Hi everyone! I hope you enjoy this video! If you've made the recipe and enjoy it, please *go on the website (linked above) and RATE AND REVIEW this recipe!* It will really help us out. Thank you so much in advance :) Make sure you read the full written recipe before making, and if you have other questions not covered in the written post or in the video, you can post it here for the community to answer. But if you want to ask me, please post your question on my Facebook page, Tweet me, or reach out via my website (all linked above). If you leave questions in the KZbin comments I may not see them due to the large volume of comments across the channel. As I mentioned last time, my brother Art is now editing the videos and those on-screen comments are all his. Hope you enjoy them and thank you for watching!

In southern Thai Saturn area, they add a little bit of butter or probably margerine for crab fried rice. Its taste so good.

You are seriously good at explaining the techniques in how to achieve a proper dish - as 'simple' as a fried rice. You make it to the next level ! Thank you for teaching the world how to cook better lol. Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy and successful year to come !

Really like your tip on how the rice has to be toasted / fried instead of just mixed. A good fried rice has that 'charred' aroma and flavor to it.

I've always loved watching & learning from your videos, as much for the simple ways of doing Thai cooking, as for the variety. The greatest reward, however, has invariably been the joy of watching how endearingly animated you are, which makes your videos so engaging. But this one gave me more chuckles than I usually get. Love it!

Adding fish sauce really elevates the flavor. I started using it in all my fried rice and stir fry dishes. Also totally agree about getting the rice a bit crispy! It’s not fried rice to me if there’s no bits of crispy rice.

Sure gonna make this! Your explanations about little details are pretty outstanding! I stay away from the canned crab meat, as well. In some asian grocery stores around here (Hamburg, Germany area) you can get frozen crabmeat (like I can, here in Pinneberg): a much better quality! While fresh crabmeat isn't easy to find. A local crab here would be "Knieper". You can ask your fish monger for it. Greetings from the far north of Germany!
