@@henryg683 I personally think these guys just wanted to do some thing else. I don’t think they had any issues with the company. But you had Zac you had the cameraman and then you had Kurt all leave within almost a three-year period. Definitely interesting but I don’t think they have the same energy as when they were doing the videos with Ben Peterson.

If CRKT is going to use “budget” steels, they can at least have appropriate prices for it. You can find high quality d2 folders for 30-40 USD these days… and would they PLEASE stop with the assisted opening blades. Go full auto or leave it alone.

CRKT please stop creating assisted opening blades unless it's at the bottom of your offerings. I want a deadbolt but will not touch an assisted open knife, the Butte looks really cool but unless it has some fidget factor I'm not touching it.

Meh. Most are overpriced. Designs are mediocre office décor. Metal scales are ice makers in winter, freeze up, cause frostbite. They are slippery when wet or bloody. The axe, yeah no practical use other than wall hanger. Shame.

I don’t understand all these stupid tactical axes. You’re better off with a large knife because it can do more. You aren’t going to be splitting things successfully with these stupid thin stock axes. Honestly a traditional tomahawk is lighter, can be rehandled easier and is a more capable tool. Or just a real axe? Small forest axe? If you need an axe then get a real one. We aren’t hunting zombies.

crkt actually using satisfactory steels? No way. Only took them too long. Oh but it's assisted open.... No thanks. These thin stock "axes" are useless. "Self defense axe". I carry a gun and knife that will do more. It's also shit steel for impact. SK5 is hard and if not heat treated perfectly, brittle.

Dallas looks like a thumb. I thought he was just filling in until blade HQ found a host ... But I couldn't pretend to find any of these knives interesting. All you can say about the keychain knife is it's blue and uncomfortable. That's great.

I wouldn't use any of these boring crappers if they were given to me. Lucas Burnley is actually getting paid for that generic design. Then a even more boring version of a knife that came out a couple of years ago. Then some assisted crap no body asked for. Then Dallas reminds everyone he was in the coast guard again. 🥱
