Jerry Lacey was such a talented actor, as were all of them. He did a superb Bogart in Woody Allen's "Play it Again, Sam."

Jerry Lacys special features were interesting to watch. He didn't mind starting off playing lawyer peterson but when he played the reverend Trask later on thats the role he wanted to stay with. It worked out for him playing 3 Trasks from different generations. 4 if one wants to count Mr Trask the butler in 1970 parallel time.

And that did ended in a horrifying tragedy, no matter how desperate Jossette Dupre try to stop both Jeremiah and Barnabas from doing it. But then Barnabas, all in a sudden shot Jeremiah in cold blooded.

Wow. It took me all these years to finally find out who that guy was to Barnabas. I couldn't believe his Uncle could do such a thing to his nephew Barnabas. Josette has herself to blame for the outrage she helped cause.

Hold it hold it hold it stop right there Angelique Angelique work witchcraft and calls Jeremiah Collins and Josette Dupree to marry each other she had been slip around and put things on their things and switch them and made them and what spells for them to want each other and don't want each other and to get married that's what happened Angelique works spells and witchcraft that causes marriage and these people don't even realize what they've done all they know they had these strange steals for one another and they just did it that's what happened so get the whole scenario of the story before you start pointing fingers yes it's a mess yes I could agree with you much as I want to agree with you but I sold how the whole thing went down they work charms and spells and cost this thing to happen check it out check it out

Both Josette & Jeremiah have returned to Collinsport to face both Joshua & Barnabas saying they are both married. Barnabas is astonished with disbelief. Too bad that Victoria is accused of a witch with the conspiracy & contacted Reverend Trask. Both Barnabas & Jeremiah agreed to have a dual. So Barnabas shot & seriously injured him.

I wonder if Daddy dear had troubles with hair balls after being a cat for a couple of days. It did nothing to improve his temper! I feel sorry for Victoria Winters, as she is under suspicion of being a witch. WE know who the real witch is, don't we! And I still hate Reverend Trask! (I didn't like him in 1897, and I still hate him!) Poor Barnabas! Both Josette and his uncle have done the dirty on him! And it's all Angelique's fault! Bad, Bad Angelique! ~Janet in Canada 😪😪

Now that as we have seeing that Jeremiah Collins return to life as the living dead, he's going to look like a horrifying hideous motionless monstrous robotic bloody living dead Jeremiah Collins, but a no more of a good looking handsome Jeremiah Collins, and that poor Jossette Dupre face the fact that she has lost him, then this romantic drama storylines of this, as especially as a tragedy, it has ended as tragical as Roneo and Juliet.

Yes. News of the plane crash was Episode 345. The séance that sent Vicki to 1795 was Episode 365. Burke Devlin did attend the costume party that Barnabas hosted at the Old House in Episode 280. His costume was Jeremiah. One might speculate that the Barnabas storyline was taking off and the Burke/Vicki storyline was allowed to "die."

All of his incarnations were horrible. To me the 1897 one was even worse because he didn't even believe his rhetoric, but used it as a con.
