The sewing of the folding part was very difficult for me but the final result is great! I really can breathe much better but I wish adding a filter was possible. Otherwise, I suggest wearing a face shield in addition to this mask.

Thank you! It fits much better and I don't need sew in a wire! I made a filter pocket by leaving the ends apart but sewed a seam on the inside layer and a channel on the outside layer.

Hi! You don't know me, but I may have an answer to your breathing problem. You may not believe this, but what have you got to lose. Wash your hands thoroughly before you start. Find a pressure point in your eye socket. This is in the inside (very little pressure here, don't want to damage your eye) and the bone of your eye socket. Put all the pressure on the bone (press as hard as you can tolerate) and hold it for one minute and if done right, you should be breathing easier in no time. Had it done by Tiwanese massage therapist. Hope this helps. REMEMBER very little pressure on the eyeballs.

Thank you for posting! My machines and sewing room were donated to the Woodbridge, VA 3 years ago, but I think I could hand sew this. Wearing a mask at the doctor’s office netted me an 87 O2 saturation instead of my 99 or 98.

A melhor máscara que há pelo youtube. eu fiz todos os outros modelos de máscaras, uns 10 modelos e todos tocam nos lábios e até custam a respirar ao fim de uns 15minutos,esta máscara é mesmo muito boa e respira se a vontade. Yo hice unos triple capa, con el pellon dentro y son eficaces, solo tienes que cuidar el. Lavado, es suficiente con que los pongas a remojar por dos horas, con jabón o cloro diluido y los enjuaga y listo

Só uma sugestão: seria mais fácil franzir o meio com uma costura ponto mais largo e puxar (o mesmo que se faz com babados). E depois costura de uma vez só não precisaria ficar dobrando. É sugestão 😊
