Yet its also hypocritically funny how you aren't fighting hard to see any of these judges be removed from the bench after when they free these female pedophile school teachers who had sex with their male students. I'm just wondering where that very same outrage is against these court room judges decision after when they didn't give a female pedophile school teacher jail time but just house arrest?? @angelofretribution21618 жыл бұрын
Sarah criner Interesting how you seem to believe you know where I stand on the several teacher/student rape cases across America... oh wait, you don't. First of all, it's not even comparable to this situation. The guy was a student who raped this girl, was caught in the act, and basically wasn't reprimanded. 6 months? LeFevre got 3 years house arrest and 7 years probation (still the equivalent of nothing compared to the gravity of her crime, but still more than what this judge gave). The teacher/student rape scenario is a matter of statutory rape (child rape, because the child is not old enough to make an informed decision or give consent) and is equally as wrong--for its own reasons. Any judge who gave a woman house arrest for having sex with her student (who was a child), needs to be taken off the bench and refreshed on ethics. Your comment is not only strange, but not applicable. You have no clue what I believe in regards to the cases like Debra LeFevre--she should have been put in jail for no less than 10 years--not house arrest. The judge was far too lenient with that ruling and if you knew a damn thing about me, you'd know that I detested THAT ruling as well. But you don't, you made snap judgements about a stranger. I don't like this judge, I don't like the judge that presided over the LeFevre case. You can go ahead and look that up--you know--because you're probably just pulling shit statements out of your ass.

If he was aware that she became unconscious in such a place (where he couldn't take time to dispose of the body); he would be concerned about her dying and him being in worse trouble. @princesslulu57957 жыл бұрын
She was legally incapable of consent when he assaulted her behind that dumpster when she was unconscious. Even if what you say is fully true, which I won't speculate as there's no evidence to do so, that is irrelevant. If consent was not or could not be given (which is the case here) that is a crime. It doesn't matter if someone has kissed the person or has had sex before with them. None of this means automatic consent to whatever Brock wants. Consent only applies to what the people specifically say it does. Consent isn't transferable to other things. He is not a victim. He chose to take advantage of an unconscious woman, tried to flee the scene & refuses to acknowledge what he did was wrong. All he does is say drinking was at fault, but alcohol isn't some magic force that turns you into a shitty person. It just makes it easier to be a shitty person because it lowers inhibitions

Society is about law and order. Before civilization can begin a set of laws must be laid down and obeyed. If breached the people will pass judgement. The people in the form of an appointed Judge. When that Judge can not pass a sentence that fits the crime he needs to be removed.

Threats is nothing, a young women was unconscious, how could a judge say it’s okay slap on a wrist
@jessicastern85974 жыл бұрын
Thank God for those 2 young men intervening and doing the right thing in a case where 2 other men (the judge and rapist) couldn’t have acted more wrongly. It brought to mind a very similar rape that happened in my hometown and it sickens me whenever I think about it. My city is a college town with a lot of partying downtown. A young woman was being raped in an alleyway when a by-passer came across her being assaulted. This by-passer joined in and raped this young woman along with the other rapist, who was a stranger to the victim and the other rapist. I was relatively young at the time and don’t remember the aftermath but perhaps as a rape victim myself who was rescued by a friend who was unaware her presence stopped the rapist, this atrocity haunts me. Can you imagine this woman seeing the second man and being relieved someone was coming to her aid only realize this guy was also a monster? Just disgusting. The only way that could be worse is if this asshole judge presided over the case and let these “men” off with a slap on the wrist like Judge Persky.

If only men would educate each other that abusing someone else just because you can, is Despicable. If only other men would stop encouraging each other to get some. And then you have daughters and now you can see how bad it is. And I wonder if you fight for your daughter's along with everyone else's daughters? There's plenty of stories where fathers physically got even, so to speak, with their daughter's rapist. But I've only been able to find one hero father who understands that what happened to his daughter will keep happening until men stand up 4 decency

Does not matter at all. If two people are doing something together and they want to, that is not rape. Knowing that someone is so incapacitated by alcohol and following them and then raping them when they are unconscious is it a crime. And the fact that you don't get that shows why the Brock Turner's get away with what they do

This again tells me that there are still men around that think, because you're drunk you kinda deserved it and many still do. Ofcause we women have to be careful, but this is on campus, where everybody drinks too much, once in a while and some every weekend. You should think they would protectionisme each other and this girl was lucky it took 20 minuten and not longer before her heroes came along. But those 20 minutes, even though she was intoxicated, will hound her for a very long time, trust me, I know. You do see where he gets or from, daddy, that was obvious on how he described his sons actions, literly as 20 minutes of action?! The judge his ruling I really don't get, but this isn't the first time this happened, but I hoped the law had catcht up by now. That boy is free in 3 months and has learned nothing, unless he gets the soap of the floor in the prison shower, ahum..... No, I don't wish that on anyone, not this stupid boy and threat enig the judge in that way is ofcause also wrong, but they are also trying to get him of the bench with letters and signaturen and that is a great idea. Write to your school, the judge, to all Parties involved or those who can change it. The one thing that won't happen is a new sentence because of it. Not anymore, once he's been convicted and sentenced. Only the judge can get a repremand or even a disbarment, but I don't see that happening, coz legally he did his job. Sad that's true and the victem will take a lot longer than that to get a bit of her life back and slowly built up her convidence a bit. Just don't treat hen the judge life and esp that his kids should get raped. That is not the solution, wich is a buddysystem on campus if you're gonna drink and party, always have someone with you of possible. We girls need to stick together or atleast create a form of a buddiesystem to protect each other.
