The Ramsey's did more to interfere in finding the truth than anyone else. Watch some KZbin videos that tell all sides of the story. There's much more here than that Netflix documentary told us. Especially since it was told solely from John Ramsey's perspective.

I believe this case is totally solvable, just like the Golden State Killer and all the other cold cases that seemed hopeless - Boulder PD need to hand over the evidence so that it can be re-tested properly and without prejudice. Even if the same stories are being churned out, it is helping to keep this in the news and to keep the pressure on to get justice for JonBenét. I can't wait for the day Boulder PD have to publicly apologise to this poor family.

Burke did it. John and patsy were covering it up for their son. They would rather talk to multiple media stations (like right now), but refused to work with Boulder Police to solve the crime. Instead he worked out a team of top defense lawyers & PR machine, so that ppl don't point fingers to the son. The Ramseys are VERY litigious (CBS was sued for 750mil). The touch DNA is just smoke screen about nothing (there are 6 touch DNAs on JBR and it doesn't rule out the Ramseys). The real clues were the ridiculous ransom note (independent experts, not the ones hired by John on NETFLIX, claimed it was written by Patsy), the Pineapple (Burke's fingerprints were on the bowl & JBR ate it 1-2 hours before death), Burke's history of assaulting JBR (with a golf club on her face & smeared faeces in her room), and the lack of any evidence there is an intruder (the 'broken' window still had untouched cobwebs & John admitted he broke it months ago before the crime).

Or that private detective but thinking he's passed. It was more than obvious the killer didn't use the basement window but he jumped up and down claiming that was the entry point. Really? John admitted he's the one who broke it and there was debris and cob webs, smh.

The reason being that the mother killed JonBenet is that the father said they wanted separate lawyers. In the ransom letter how would anyone know how much the father got for a bonus from Lockheed in the letter?? I don't know how the old man can live with himself. I never saw him cry or shed one tear over that poor beautiful baby. 😡😡😡

@@jbsang54 So what? Some people don't cry publicly. I lost my sister when she was 17. I never saw my father cry for her, but he loved her. We all did. There are lots of ways someone could know the amount of the bonus. But I guess you are smarter than the FBI who never thought the parents were guilty.

No thats not true. Ive followed this case since it happened and know literally everything about it. Lets start with this. A team of top leading specialist pathologists and specialist doctors did extensive amazing top of the line testing and was able to solidly concretely confirm JonBenet had been being penetrated by an adult size male p*nis for at least 6 months before her de*th, fact. Thats someone in the house for it to have went on that long. Thats Jon. Other things that dont add up and I'll just list a few for brevitys sake, the open and broken window in the basement with the suitcase below it was determined for fact to be staged. The glass was busted outward, and the space beneath the grille on between the ground and window on the outside nothing was disturbed in that space, not even the spiderwebs, that space was so small that anyone of any size, even a jockey would have taken down the spiderwebs crawling thru that space to go thru the window. It was staged which means someone in the home did it. There was no footsteps in the snow anywhere on the property other than the Ramseys. Jon was the one who mysteriously found JonBenets body and brought it up the stairs all casual as if nothing had happened and acted fine. And did it for an alibi of his DNA being on her ''when if he didnt do it he knew not to be doing that that he'd be contaminating evidence,'' he did that deliberately also for that reason. The female detective said she knew exactly who did it with great fear, him/Jon. The ransom note was written in the house and several trial runs was done before the actual one they now have, and it has been determined to be so closely matching to Patsys writing its not even funny. The grand jury indicted Jon and Patsy but the DA chose not to prosecute ''thats also why the feds wasnt called in, so their friend the DA could control it, had the feds been brought in he/their friend the DA couldnt, and they knew the feds would find out it was Jon.'' What people dont realize and its in every town with these kind of people, is a lot of rich people are sick and evil as are the cops, DA's, Asst DA's, judges, and theyre all friends and cover for each other and a lot of sick evil things go on. And not only that when youre rich you can get a lot of things covered up, done away with, swept under the rug, taken care of, and its always the same circle of people. It was her dad and everything has been controlled, manipulated, done away with, and Jon knows hes safe and that there is no good and viable DNA and that he will never be charged. And truth be told had the feds been brought in, it still probably would have worked out the same way because the feds and DOJ are even dirtier. And the media which is in bed with them all is used to cover up for the ones in power and the rich to make it all look like they didnt do anything and like everything is legit and like they and Jon are innocent and to what and everything they all did because of public outcry because people know the truth/what went on/what they all did and the govt does not want to lose power and control so they still try to spin it, cover everything, make everything look legit and on the up and up and like the govt is good people ''when theyre not at all and evil'' hoping you will believe that and think that as theyve always had us believing and it always working. Jon is guilty as sin! That is unless Burke had a full size adult p*nis as a young child!

The Ramseys fumbled the case. John contaminated the scene, made it a media circus and they both refused to talk to the police for as long as they could. They always seem to be talking about this case while saying absolutely nothing.. We won't find a killer because the killer was a family member.. Patsy wrote that ransom note: there's no way a killer would have taken the time to write a 3 page note while they're in the house. There's also no way an intruder would sit there with Jon Benet and feed her pineapple before he tries to take her and do whatever else he planned on doing.. The parents both said no, we did not feed her pineapple, so if that's true, then that would mean the person responsible sat with her and fed it to her in the middle of a kidnapping while giving her time to digest her food and then proceeding on.. So they slipped up and told on themselves.. Please tell me when you have ever seen a 3 page ransom note asking for an extremely specific amount of money that matches John's bonus. Who demands $118,000? Why not $100,000? Why not $120,000? Why not $150,000 or $200,000?? It doesn't make any sense. Her family got away with it because the police screwed up the investigation in the first 5 minutes by letting everyone and their mother walk through the crime scene, they didn't thoroughly search the house, they didn't immediately question the family, they screwed up. Sadly, I don't believe we will ever see justice served for her unless they actually stand up and charge the family; which is what they should have done and tried to do in 1999 when the grand jury sought to indict them, and then the disgraceful, corrupt/shady prosecutor chose not to follow through with charges..

The amount of money stated was some type of windfall that Mr. Ramsey had received at work. This means it was someone who knew the family. Hundreds of people had been through that house for the Christmas Open House, so many people were familiar with it. It actually never made sense to me that any normal adult would write that rambling letter--especially a family member who was trying to cover up something. They would write something shorter and that made more sense. This letter is exactly what a deranged person would write. If in a delusional or psychotic state, this is the type of writing you would get. I don't know if they will ever solve this crime, but I am not going to slander any family members by stating they killed Jon Benet. I have to give an accounting for my words before God--and so will you. Until there is more evidence, we cannot state who murdered her for sure. We only have theories.

I think it was someone who came through their house during the Christmas holiday home tours they did. Likely saw her pictures and came back when they were out. I feel badly for this man, lost his young daughter to an unsolved murder and his wife a few years later to cancer. Not to mention all the negative media attention. I think he's genuine, he's right a good father would feel guilty for not being able to protect his daughter. I think he's worked very hard to protect his son and give him a lot of credit for that. He's a good father.

Interesting, about the holiday home tour. I was thinking that, that it must have been some deranged fan of JonBenet that found a way to check out the home around the holidays, and so knew the layout and the important fact of how weirdly far away JonBenet’s bedroom was from her parents’.
@OurGodIsAnAwesomeGod-t1r
@OurGodIsAnAwesomeGod-t1r Ай бұрын

Her nine-year-old brother had one of his outbursts and hit her over the head so hard that she was close to death. The father saw her convulsing or having seizures, and realized she was probably severely brain damaged. He then felt he had no other choice but to finish her off by strangling her quickly so that she would no longer suffer. The mother wrote the crazy note because of course she was distraught and felt she must do something to divert attention from her son and husband. Then she pretty much went crazy. The son stayed quiet all these years, albeit with his nervous jitters, and the father has been dealing with everything ever since. Those closest know the truth, but no one wants to say anything because the whole thing was just a terrible tragedy. I think the mother died an early death because she couldn’t hold it all in.

The fact that her frantic phone call in the early AM, her behavior with husband and not freaking out when time kidnapper to call passed just doesn’t make sense.

Why would you assume a person who would strangle a little girl is rational? To me, this odd rambling letter is EXACTLY what a delusional, psychotic person would write. This crime was not well-planned out or done rationally. If a family member were trying to cover up a murder, why would they take time to write this really long, odd rambling note? They wouldn't. They would write something shorter to save time. There could be any number of reasons why things don't add up. Maybe someone planned to kidnap Jon Benet and get ransom money. (Hence the odd amount of money requested was the amount that Mr. Ramsey had gotten at work--or something like that.) However, when they got into the house, their psychotic desires took over and they did SA and killed her. Hence they could no longer carry out their plan. I hope someone does solve this case. Maybe it was a family member, but I can't see the father hiring a detective and pushing for closure if anyone in his family had done it. He could simply have let the case languish. Killers are not rational people. They are abnormal thinkers. That was the first thing I thought when I saw that random note. This was done by a nut job. Maybe we will know someday. I do know this. People are making pronouncements that such and such was the murderer--not giving their opinion, but stating it as fact. I would be quaking in my boots to make such a statement about someone who might be an innocent person. That is slander and "bearing false witness." Nothing will give Satan a seat at your table faster than slandering someone --especially someone who is innocent. One of whom is a child. I would be very, very careful how I stated my opinion.

They may have a plan (kind of), then something doesn't work out in that plan, so they do something else. Then they get interrupted and the plan changes again. He cashed in, wrote a book about it. He was very shady and questioned about it, admitted he didnt have all of the facts correct. The outside cop brought in, who was very well respected, had a history of solving these cases. So explain why the Ramsey family if guilty would work closely with a respected cop who had a history of solving child abduction cases. How would that make sense? How does somebody break into a house sexually assaulted a child and write a ransom note then decide to kill her . Leave her in the house instead of taking her and leave and nobody wakes up? I never wanted to believe the family did it, but an intruder seems so far fetched
@cherfromtn8225

A deranged, psychotic person would do exactly this. They don't behave rationally. It never made sense to me that a family member wrote the ransom note, either. A normal adult trying to cover up a situation would not write a long, rambling note like that. They would write something fast and that made more sense.

The only way cold cases get solved is if people keep talking about them & keep hounding the police. Look at the Menendez brothers. The same thing he's been doing for nearly 30 years.

Polygraphs aren’t used in court for a reason. They’re unreliable. There’s no gain in taking one. If they pass, great. That’s not gonna stop anyone from looking into them. If it fails, like it does often even when telling the truth, then there will be non stop harassment from the public and all of a sudden no one is trying to find the real killer. My advice to you is to never take a poly if you’re ever accused of something serious

The father AND his wife AND his son were completely exonerated already, genius. There was DNA from an unknown male mixed in with the young girl's blood on her panties and on one other spot directly in the crime scene. It has matched to no one in CODIS, nor from anyone else in the house. Even profilers have looked at all of the evidence and concluded that the murder was committed by an unknown male intruder...a pedophile. Any questions?

FBI reached the same conclusion that the parents were guilty of neglect resulting in her death, as well as likely tampered with the crime scene and staged the body. Because the DA , Mary Lacy, did not want to prosecute the Ramseys, so she lied about what the DNA report said. But 2 local news outlets looked into it and the truth came out: the DNA is touch DNA, which means it could have come from anywhere. Also, the sample used for testing was actually a mixture of 2 or more profiles, none of them complete. The report concluded that no one could be included or excluded from that sample.
