Honestly it's really not even that. The highest maternal mortality rate in the world is in sub saharan Africa. Which black ppl are looking over other black people. This could be something genetic because other countries with similar states of economy don't have this issue.

Fertility clinics are placed in white communities off the dollars made off over ticketing over policed, courthouse fees in black communities. The two communities have a parasitic relationship. Pregnant women, especially the black ones, already have a lot of pre x conditions (obesity, chronic HTN, chronic stress from having a bunch of children at home and poverty) Once they take responsibility and correct the root cause from their lifestyle, the mortality rate will decrease
