Merry Christmas to you and your family! Thanks for the vids while you’re on vacation. Waiting on that lokotech vid to drop. With “ITS ACTUALLY REAL”. Great to see some more competition. What excites me is the Elphapex creating server style machines. It leads me to believe we may have some more time in between upgrades in efficiency. Chip nodes aren’t getting much smaller without getting very expensive. I have seen more chatter about using light for hashing. That will upend all current asics. Photonic chips. What turned me onto this was dynex taking about it prolly a year ago. It’s still making progress and I’m keeping an eye on it.

I still think the Elphapex DG1 Home is going to be the king scrypt miner for home users in a 120v standard house panel setup. 1200w would have to be on a 15a 120v all by itself, I wouldn't even want to turn on the overhead light from the wall switch, lol.

Well a ton of scripts miners is coming out the network hashrate is going to moon and doge will not remain 3-4x in value for more than another 4-6 months max IMO so if you cant earn your money back within that time just buy the coin and wait until the bear market to buy them units for 4x less.

The DG1 Home is still solid, but the Fluminer L1 is a great miner for those looking to buy in at that price range. The Volcminer Mini being an air cooled unit is a great option for ppl who don't want the risk of liquid cooled equipment. The DG1, Volcminer Mini, and L1 are all way better for at home / casual miners. The L9 is solid but built for a completely different type of customer. All that said I purchased the DG1 Home day 1 and still don't have it in hand and have no tracking info so... That's not great.

I'm in the same boat. DG Home 1 delivery slipped from November to December and now to January. Needless to say, it would not look good for Elphapex if the first production batch of Fluminer ships before DG Home 1 does and that is a real possibility now.
