Ro water is used for aquarium and cycling is required or not and for cycling process I added gravel and switch on the filter and light benfical bacteria is form or not

If you use ro water, the pH will not be stable (neutral and good for fish) on its own. You must add a little crushed oyster shell, crushed coral or limestone rock. This will leach hardness and minerals in the RO water and keep the pH stable. This is called buffering. After running your tank for a few weeks you can test the pH. If it is between 6-8 then its safe to put one small fish to start. Cycling is a slow process.
