I don’t know why doordash designates different zones if an order can take you a dozen miles outside of your current zone… that should only be a option if you hit “dash along the way”, all of those small orders with the long distances are what keeps my acceptance rate low. There should be a 5 miles limit, or an additional “long mileage” fee that goes directly to the dasher.

I still get 200 per day. Platinum dasher. You gotta take trash strategically. I take garbage to keep my acceptance rate up, but I just sit at the restaurant until I get worry free cancelation. That way, the non tipping customer has to wait longer, and I waste doordash time just like they're wasting mine. I also keep UberEATS on, so while I wait for the trash order that I'm about to cancel, I accept a good order from Uber if they send one.

My average tip is $25, I made $600 from this past Friday night from 8pm -yesterday at 3am. 23 hrs in total 34 trips. Not freaking bad for a weekend side gig. Come check it out.
