Just saying but i believe Melmetal in master league needs rock slide more to counter mons like lugia or ho oh. double iron bash is suited for ultra or great league where even spammy moves starts to do serious damage

I feel like Whimsicott could work really well as an alternative to Trev here. Counters most of the same things, but gives better coverage against Altaria and other dragons. Need to watch out for steel types tough.

try my triple ice team? haunter -shadow ball/ice punch abomasnow -default moveset lapras -ice shard, surf/skullbash lapras safe swap, never shield it unless against galarian stunfisk. galarian stunfisk/bastiodon lead is the only hard counter to this team ive noticed. i run this around 2,200 elo

Yo!! I used a Meltan-box and evolved one and it learned Double Iron Bash! Huge. It was a 96%. Try to get some before someone notices!! Huge because you can't even use an Elite TM to get the move, yet. But still, if it is a Legacy Move later you might not have to use a TM if you evolve now.
