Lack of variety doesn’t automatically equate to a bad format. Gameplay matters too. Psychic cup is far more about energy and shield management rather than alignment

I went 19 of 25 with Beheeyem, Rapidash (G), and Claydoll. My Beheeyem did not have two charged moves either. It has Astonish for FM and Dark Pulse for CM. But I am only at level 12 since as I have not played a lot of this cup or this season, so maybe that has something to do with the wins, but win while you can! They all have the recommended moves by PVPOKE besides Beheeyem not having the second move Psychic. I did simulations and Beheeyem without the move Psychic wins the same amount of battles. So do not waste your stardust or TMs to get Psychic if you want to use Beheeyem. The IVs of my Beheeyem suck too, but it wins regardless.

This is my regular team that I have been using but I was getting defeated by Bruxish and Slowbro/Slowking who knew water moves. I recently switched to Bronzong, Claydol and Victini and it has been working wonders for me.

Buffed claydol has been a beast for me in this format so far, but ive been pumping tms to try to get scorching sands over earth power. Def try astonish chimecho & g-slowbro with brutal swing- i wish i had malamar so bad rn

I love it. I've been using Hoopa (not unbound) with astonish and whatever charge attacks, deoxis defense which you can switch with claydol, and normal slowking safeswap. I'm so far undefeated with the team
