I rented one when holidaying in south of France and my wife and I were utterly impressed. It's a sumptuous car and it drives really well. Top car. Absolutely not inferior to anything German.

The rear seat folding system EXCLUDES the squab dropping to stop the luggage from sliding into the driver and front passenger!! It’s the only thing that lets the car down!!

That's normal considering what has citroen done in the past. I still remember mechanics coming to take over my granpas GS years ago and the guy that sat in to drive it was yelling asking for a hamdbrake since the car wasn't driven for a lot of time...

The Audi and Mercedes are overrated vehicles!! Nothing particularly premium about either of them!! The DS is a much more premium product, with a massive boot space!!

Mine was diesel, you can have petrol too, best car I've ever had, or driven.
