I have the helix .3s installed. I have a conductor coming. I have already installed the blue-tooth module. What I am having issues with is the process for activating the COAX connection which I just ran. What are the steps? Can you do a quick how to video? I am ranked in the top five in Sound Quality League for MECA and I know with the COAX connection active I'll move up. Please help if you can? Thanks!

Hi Josiah, i have questions hope you can help about input output routing using helix dsp 3 3 way active single Sub. Should i go 50:50 for sub left and right?

Yes because it’s mono, the sub signal is neither left or right specific.

How do I copy tunes from one preset to another? This is easily done on the Mosconi DSP units... and answer your emails.. two sent and zero replies...

ISEE YOU first off I have no emails from anyone for tech support so why don't you make sure you typed it in correctly cause I would have replied... second why do you need to copy the tune? You can just save and store it in as many presets as you want....no copy and pasting needed so just like the Mosconi this is easily done!! I suggest reading the manual, as well as downloading a tuning magazine to learn about using the software. Third the reason we disconnect the 8-pin cable is to make updating easier by separating the director and dsp from each othef

First off.. is it support-hybrid-audio.com lol ? Maybe I copied it wrong but that what i show there is copied from the first email. Second, because the dipshit who tuned my system saved it to slot 4 when 1 and 2 were available. The damn director has changed tunes on me twice. Thought it was odd but found others who have had the same issue. So they they make sure any presets in use at least have xover settings in place to not blow shit up. Third... good to know.. lol. All this said.. its a wonderful DSP. So many nice features I did not find on my Aerospace or Audison products. The Director is a step above when it comes to remote access and control. I wish there was a remote control for the Director. Some of us have it mounted in the dash etc and can't get it in a location that is easily reached without hacking up the interior. A simple remote would be a nice idea. I know I would use the hell out of it.
