This is what happens when the GOP decides to cut the USDA and the FDA's budgets. They have to depend on the food processors to inspect themselves. It's going to get worse, with more people getting sick and even dying, if the wrong person is placed in charge of these agencies.

I thought all meat makes you sick if you don't throughly cook it unless you're Gordon Ramsey I didn't see a brand name of meat so it's simply uncooking and serving it raw? Where was the meat processed at? Overseas? Or packed here? I have questions IMO
@SynthDКүн бұрын
Not all meat. Steak doesn’t needs to be cooked in the middle because E. coli only grows on the surface. With ground beef there is a ton of surface area and should be cooked to 165F all the way through. Chicken can have salmonella which can grow inside the meat.

I am curious, if those people who got sick from eating certain foods, how they handle the foods before they consume. Everytime we get those recalls, i have no problems with those recalled items. I know many people, they just eat those "prewashed" veggies. I never ever eaten them without washing or soaking them in water. People think that it is totally safe to eat them straight from out of bag without washing. Contaminations could happened during handling them such as packing, washing and more. Please please wash rinse under running wate or soak in cold and fresh water.
