My son, and S.G. player for the most part, is looking for other options. He had considered different Les Paul, PRS and SuperStrat options (preferring humbucking pickups), but still hasn't found anything that inspires him. I think this would be a great option, I'd even love one myself and I'm more of a single coil or P90 guy. I like that the overdriven tone doesn't seem to roll off the highs as much as a Les Paul. And a Bigsby is a great trem for this type of guitar! Good call to upgrade to the locking tuners.

I love SGs too! Remember that the Bigsby only comes on the Black Juliet (that is relic’d a little). The Paloma Blonde Juliet wouldn’t normally have a Bigsby.

Just made a video yesterday about mine that I have had for over a year, the bigsby is cool but not essential to me. Now I’m gonna watch the video itself 😅

Did you add the Bigsby yourself or get some special version? I love that color but only see a standard stopbar in white and Bigsby in black.

I put the Bigsby on using a Vibramate SG adapter.

It’s only available on the black version. Although Eastman did make a one off white one for James Dean Bradfield of the Manic Street Preachers

Did you get the Bigsby factory installed or aftermarket? Although their website home page shows a big photo of a guy playing the Pomona with a Bigsby, I don’t see it offered on the product page.

Honestly I can’t remember…I think I did! Tuning stability is good…not Floyd Rose good, but it is a Bigsby. A buddy of mine has this guitar right now.
