I still don't understans how they thought it would be a great idea to give diplomacy mechanic to a bandit faction without any diplomacy bonuses, when most map hates you for not being Han faction, instead of tributary/vassalage system or some kind of more appropriate mechanic for Robin Hood version of Yan Baihu they made, like a "bandit/hero" scale, that would have its own pros and cons. Its like if they gave Lü Bu a trade bonus with Nanman.

Bandit factions have to be the strongest in the game with the heal factor and mustering. If you get mustering grounds and spread your loot around, you heal in 2 turns from almost zero. Second thing is you basically assimilate other factions buildings into your own, since you cant build state workshops, let kong rong to it for you. I just go on a killing spree and sell the land to a non-aggressive faction like Kong rong. Basically looting and demolishing buildings the whole time, he will build according to his dynamics which is heavy commercial and education based. Then you just take his land afterwards, why he trust me in the first place im a bandit afterall 😂

The coalition mechanic is kind of frustrating in one way. In another way, it's cool to ally whether it's for you really liking the faction or strategic reasonings. Overall, I'm glad it's there for the depth of mechanics. I'm looking forward to your empire. 🎉

Thank you for covering this campaign, it's interesting to see a different approach of bandit tech tree. I personally always rush for movement bonus cuz movement = healing, but it takes so long, and in this campaign I don't think you need it, well done.

You have to be an Emperor and then you just have to add other members in diplomacy like creating vassals

I have played Hades on the channel before (you can search for the playlist pretty easily). I have no plans to play Hades 2 until at least it comes out of early access but even then it would depend on my schedule because I will most likely be shifting to Frostpunk 2 and Black Myth Wukong’s releases in the next two months.

It’s definitely worth getting another poison volley character. One bandit sentinel is worth at least half a full army.
