From clam buyer in Downeast Maine here 😊 You need to peel the brown membrane off the outside of the clam before you eat it.

$8 more for 1.5 ounces of lobster? Thats crazy pricing since the lobster is right there in there backyard...I remember the days when i got a 12oz tail in rochester (to cook at home) for i think $15 ... miss those days when it was affordable. Youd think the prices would be much cheaper there than in landlocked states...but its pretty much the same price. 😮

He doesn't know how to talk. He adds an S onto the ends of words and misses off an S off words when they need to have an S. He is just a very thick person with no grammar and pronunciation

That lobster need hot chilli oil and lime juice

Traditionally there is no hot chilies and lime in New England. It is probably possible to buy it there now but it is not in their traditional food recipes...
