I did a paint and body restoration on a Rambler Scrambler in 1985. Seeing that thumbnail took me back🙂

I don' think I can pick a favorite moment in the show. It would be really hard. I have enjoyed this show so much. It's engraved in my life and I can't be happier. I am sure proud to say that it's my all-time favorite show and if someone asked me to pick which, I love more Mopar, or this show again I do not think I would be able to pick. With that I thank you from bringing such an amazing show to light and hope to see a lot more I will continue to support the show in any way I can and hope it thrives on KZbin as it did one Velocity.

I can honestly say that I've seen one of those AMC/Rambler Scramblers in the showroom. It was at Classin Bros. Dodge/AMC in Wakefield, MA. I was 9 or 10 years old. The thing I remember the most was that strange looking "boxey" scoop on the hood. I thought it looked like a piece of home heating system ductwork. Talk about a "Cheaper Sleeper"!!! I've seen those things turn 12's up at New England Dragway in factory dress. I know it's not in your usual purview, but have you ever done, or do you ever intend to do a '62 Dart or Polara 500 Max Wedge car. I have a '62 Polara 500 that I'm planning on making a Maxie Clone out of (has a factory 361 currently). Needs a Sheet-ton of sheetmetal work, esp. on the floors though. I'm looking for a restorer locally that might want to take it on. there's a place in S. Windsor, CT that's done a few of that vintage, but I've never seen one done on a show. Love the episodes. My "dream car" is a '68 Charger Hemi R/T like my brother-in-law had back in the day. I'd have to trade my house for one though.

Why does the original tombstone say CUDA BORN: 1971 DIED: 1980 AND THE ANIMATED TOMBSTONE AT THE END SAYS BORN:1971 DIED 1982?

weren't the daytonas built from the charger 500 due to their flush mounted rear glass on the 500's? also I believe they had a flush mounted grill?
