OH - you are the first person to point out that this is washi vs paper tape and that definitely stuck better in the kaleidoscope so I'm excited to get these too. I am going colorful so I'm glad to not have a solid open page on the dashboard but I wouldn't have minded dot grid. Thanks for the video.

I would go with flower power. I think layers are a bit underwhelming. I wish those colorful layers would've been on top of each page something like the kaleidoscope in both brights and neutral. I 1000% agree about the dot-grid page. I too use it as a memory keeper of events that happened that particular month. I went with the flower power since it's a new design and I am solo into all things floral!

I just cut the dot portion off the habit trackers and use the box sticker that's left to write appts or whatever in!

I use to try and do a regular year planner from January to December but I switched to July to June simply because of when EC does the new planner launches every year haha.

I use the dot grid rectangle in the monthly overview/dashboard page for my daily bible reading. Allows me to be a little more creative but using those habit tracker stickers for that would be smart too! 👍

Layers colorful speaks to me. Since I use my EC for work, I don't use weekly or monthly sticker kits, so I appreciate that the theme of the planner is something I really like. I was not into the kaleidoscope design so I skipped EC last year. I will say that the one thing that threw me was the pen set where you put your two desired tips in the barrel. It makes NO sense to me because they give you TWO barrels but a dozen-ish tips. At least make the barrel count equal to how many pens you can make with the tips.

Thos highlighters and pens, are they good for bibles? I know you said you like it for yours, but do they bleed through? I don't like when highlighters show up on the other page, distracts me.

The pens and highlighters are really light so they don't bleed through my pages, they're perfect! (But I also make sure I don't write with a hard hand in my bible) UPDATE- the pink fine tip does bleed a little, but I haven’t had any problems with the highlighters or the blue fine tip 👍🏼✨
