I admittedly thought it was Isabelle but I first met him in New Leaf cause he was trying really hard to be polite but didn't seem to want you to notice it was a costume and whined\complained ABOUT the costume then got panicy and covered it up more than getting upset. Honestly I kinda like the idea maybe it's been a different person in every single game. In New Leaf maybe it was Isabelle since she's the only npc you can't access on bunny day, in City Folk it was Tom Nook or Tortimer and I like to think in this game it's maybe Resetti since this iteration is a lot more easily irritated than new leaf's and a lot LESS suspicious acting even though he still acts suspicious. I think the bunny costume has just been a long running tradition that whichever npc is free on the holiday to do it kinda gets stuck with

I do not hate Zipper. He works so hard running around hiding eggs and does absolutely nothing but try to make a fun event for us. He is NOT scary. I think someone on here who makes videos said so and it simply became a thing that everyone jumped on. He's a good guy and I like him. He works hard for us.

I think that William Afton is the one in the suit, and here's why! 1. William Afton uses a suit all the time to kill children, so if he was offered to go into a bunny suit to be creepy on Easter, without the risk of springlock failures, im pretty sure he would except. 2. Willie Afton likes to kill children in the SpringBonnie suit, and T. Zipper looks VERY similar to SP(spring bonnie)... 3. T. Zipper is just the kind of costume that people would stuff a metal skeleton into so they can walk around greeting kids in a pizza place

My theory is that zipper is the suit. Much like stitches is a stuffed bear. He's a mascot guy. Hopkins is an inflatable rabbit. I feel like him saying the costume is hot and other things indicates that's his exterior but also is him. The t stands for The. It's like saying stitches is stuffing, or Hopkins is air inside. Zipper may be a rabbit or something else inside but his exterior is him. He probably resents his job because it's based solely on his appearance and it would be kind of demeaning to say you look like this now your job is to entertain kids. I feel like if stitches or Hopkins had dialogue that was character specific instead of personality specific it might say something as a pun the way zipper does like I laughed so hard I popped a seam, or I feel like Ive sprung a leak. Something that alludes to their appearance being them. They're stuck in their dialogue but if given the chance they could talk the way npcs do. There used to be much more backstory to the NPCs like Celeste's bow, Tom nook and sable, Timmy and Tommy all those things. I'd like that for our regular villagers as well. This is why I think zipper is his own npc but forever doomed to be the chuck e cheese of Easter.

I thing it’s Tom Nook BECAUSE Zipper left after I went to Tom Nook at Resident Services… This is because Tom can’t be at two places at the same time. And before Zipper left I entered lots of buildings but zipper was still there when I came back. (Also this was before Isabelle came to the island and Resident Services was still in a tent)

Most people assume it's Tortimer or Phyllis, but I have my own theory... Zipper's true identity is... The 3:33 am Alien. You NEVER see the two of them together, Zipper gets annoyed if you make him turn around, and lets not forget all the eggs that mysteriously appear during the event. One "rabbit" can't possibly hide that many eggs in all those odd locations... unless he uses alien technology to do so.

I can’t remember if Tom nook is in the resident services during bunny day, but yesterday (bunny day in acnh) I went in there because I got peatro and I wanted to decorate his house with the plaza items. Tom nook was at the counter, so I don’t think it’s him. Tortimer I think may be a stretch, but that also could be checked by weather HE is at his camper while zipper is making people happy/afraid at the island. Plus the t could stand for something else. I’ll rely in the comments of they are there once I have checked
