Cat back exhaust is next job on mine, think I'll be having a resonated system though, I've read a good few reviews saying non res can be intrusive on the motorway as they drone a bit, how are you finding yours

Looks sick bro but it's ganna only be a noise upgrade. If you want performance you will have to install a 3" downpipe. Get a induction kid on it, short shifter and a recirculating bov and then you should have 290hp with the remap you have done.

Yeeeyyyy !!! Cobra Sport Catback! Same as i put on my GTI Clubsport. Sound tests on my channel! Awesome choice mate! 👍 Will be interesting to see if you put downpipe. I heard from from a guy who work at VW and had same car as me thought that a DP gave to much turbo lag. So he took it off. It was a Milltek (and that one requires Stage 2 ECU tune) And his GTI CS wasent tuned but stock.

Got my cobra exhaust last month. Finally got around to opening it last night and my back box is definitely upside down 😮‍💨. The cobra logo will be facing the floor pan. Extremely disappointed 😞

I must admit the MK5 VW GTI is a bad ass hatch. The OG MK1 and the MK7 and MK7.5 personally are my favorites. Thumbs up if you agree 👍😎

Any louder becomes pretty miserable on the motorway with the drone. I de-resonated and de-mufflered mine and lasted 3 days before putting the resonater back on! I commute 30 miles per day on the motorway and the drone was not fun.
