I'm shy when it comes to combining bright colors so I heartedly welcomed this video. The only one I don't like is the orange-black (Halloween or San Francisco Giants) combination. My son surprised- and inspired me- the other day wearing a burgundy flannel shirt under a deep green light raincoat. Not that he did it on purpose but it worked beautifully. I think the trick is to match the warm hues together and the cool ones also together (I think I got that from color theory). Loved the winter white styles in video! Many thanks Leonie!

I love those bold ladies that go for it with color. I'm more of a colorful accessories person. Victoria Beckham is someone that comes to mind with amazing bright color blocking outfits over the past 5 years or so. The lilac and mint green is so pretty but feels very spring to me.

I have always been drawn to color and as a fiber artist love putting unexpected things together. Back in the 1980's I had jogger short pattern that I sewed up in 4 combos. My favorite combo was the purple with the green trim. I was wearing them when a friend told me "those colors do not work together".....to this day shades of purple and green are still my favorites!

People are afraid to wear bold colors together because mainstream fashion tells us that looks “cheap.” In my opinion, if you’ve got a good eye and put it together with a classic silhouette, it’ll work. The colors just have to be the statement.

Mint green and lilac is my favorite combination but they are all very interesting. My boyfriend complains sometimes about the colours I wear 😉 and mostly about wearing white in winter but I just love it and I wear it as much as possible

I LOVE these colourful styles. I almost never wear black myself because colour picks me up and I enjoy it so much! BUT these clear bright colours doesn´t suit me. E.g. I´ve bought a bright pink satin skirt but I don´t know what to combine it with. Muted, muddy colurs are more my vibe. It all depends on skintone, eye- and haircolour. I like these striking colour-combinations so much and I surely find my way to explore this trend. Already bought an kellygreen pair of trousers. When these louder colours are worn so far away from the face, it's more for me.😉

The colors are getting me! Whatever I see, I want and I already have a lot of color in my wardrobe. Lots of pretty prints. Do something with prints because there are a lot of them out there. I am having to tell myself no a lot lately. I have invested in a few color pieces in the past month or two so I'm going to have to use those pieces. I won’t be buying any new bright colors, but will wear the two already in my wardrobe, the kelly green and electric blue. I found a sweater striped in these two colors that helps tie the two together, too. I also have fuchsia and red blazers that I can wear. Overall, I am moving toward less color, just to trim down my enormous wardrobe. I find bright colors aren’t great with my muted coloring, and they are more difficult to make outfits with. I tend to keep buying things to work with my brights, something I want to stop doing.

I love winter whites so much but they’re not practical for our muddy winters here in Vancouver. Bright colours look awesome on other people but I feel happier in soft lighter hues. My new favourite combo is wearing light blues with camel and ivory. ✌🏻

Hi Leoni. I really admire those fashionistas who venture into the world of bright colours. I know that Karen Britchick and Trinny are two influencers who really support the trend and wear them with such energy and enthusiasm. However, I’m just very uncomfortable and self -conscious opting for anything but earth tones in the autumn/winter as I’m very pale skinned and these vibrant colours would just wash me out. In general,I find muted and neutral shades very subtle and flattering and summer is the perfect season to be a bit more daring with my colour palette.

Leony, you ring my bell with Stark orange, still have sweaters and long sleve with that tone of dark colors. Instead of white or cremes I mear grey and coal (oops use to be a dark soul sharing those Stark colors, at my age 20's) the color I don't like as pants, is red, always, prefer the park tones of red, like red combos with Orange or yellow, I love the tarjeta of this tones combined toghether. And Lilac terminada me of brouse remedio..really, a Lilac color cream for tose injures, and Thats why I don't like that color, redunda me of the anodino smell that has😫
