WOW! WOW! WOW! This is the most striking ,visually stunning fall decor I have seen. The black wall and door and table are the perfect backdrop. It would not be half as gorgeous against a white , neutral background. I love a touch of black in every room. A hutch, side table, black lamp shades, a candle stick or vase. To me, black grounds a space. Sometime just a touch is all you need. Other times a large impact, like your wall, is the drama a space calls for. Just amazing! You are an inspiration.

I could not decide what you were thinking at first, however, your idea turned out very well-designed. It's always good to think outside the box. One reason I like your channel are your comments and love of home and family. We don't have the same decorating style but I have brought away some great ideas from you. One particular thing is using Bibles by rolling the pages. I have my grandmother's and my late father's on an antique desk with my great grandfather's gold spectacles on top. Thank you for being proud of being a homemaker for your family.

Ha! Yeah, I know. It was really out of the Box, but I was so excited when it came to life. Awww, thank you. I do appreciate you sticking around even though our styles are so different. I know I still enjoy my favorite KZbinrs and we don’t have a lot in common when it comes to style but I still enjoyed their content as well. So thank you. I just wanted to let you know that if I curl up pages it won’t be in a Bible. I am so weird about them and usually stick to simply placing a ribbon across the page but that is all. I don’t even like the idea of laying something on top of them, so curling their pages would be too much for me. But, with my books I will roll, fold, tuck and even tear pages sometimes. I love to create all kinds of decor with book pages and books themselves. But out of respect for the Bible’s I just use them as displays around the house. Dear sweet Deena - oh my! Girl, you have got it going on. So talented and you have the heart and the mind of a poet. It comes through in your decorating. I would’ve never thought to do anything like that. It’s so dramatic and does make a big statement so I like that idea of just having some big statement areas but maybe you might go squirrel and do something completely different. Ha ha. I only have one bin of fall decor not counting the pillows. I did not store them in the bin. I actually put my fall decor out on Saturday. That is the earliest I have ever decorated but it was very dark and rainy on Saturday here and it just seemed like a fun thing to do. I have also been doing some deep cleaning in my house which feels so good after being neglected for the last year. I’m very neat and tidy and I never have a mess but the cleaning has been neglected since I have been feeling so bad. But now I’m just feeling so good and like my old self again. I have to admit I hold my breath every time you get on a ladder. Please friend be very cautious. One of my friends was cleaning out one of her cabinets on a stepstool and fell and she spent the next year in a nursing home trying to recover. It’s just not worth it. Get Jeremiah to come in there when you were on the ladder. I am estimating that you are probably around the age of my daughters and I have told them the same thing so please forgive me for being concerned. But back to the decorating I cannot wait to see what else you come up with. You are such a blessing to me. Love in Christ

Hello Deena, What a beautiful project and quite an ambitious one too! Summer is not my favoite season because I don't like hot weather, but knowing fall is coming soon makes me so happy. I belong to a writers group and my theme for this week will be about how some parts of nature change and others become more beautiful. The leaves are one of my favorite fall changes. I always think it's nature's last hurrah when the colors become vibrant with gold, reds, and oranges. It truly is my favorite season.

How nifty 💕. I never would have brought such a large branch inside but it’s just beautiful. You really love decorating and you do such a wonderful job. I found that as I was watching this video, though it's late at night & still hot and muggy, I got so caught up in what you were doing that I felt like it was a cool crisp day.
