Another beautiful segment to enjoy. Decorating for the seasons refreshes our homes and makes home keeping less of a chore and more joyful. The bird cage is such a beautiful addition to your dining room; and yes, can be used for every season. That was a great purchase. Your home is so beautifully decorated for fall, Deena! I love all of your ideas, and the bird cage “what a wonderful find”, and you really brought it to life with the things you put in it. I like how you incorporate tarnished silver into your decor. So beautifully done. And I really enjoy your words of encouragement. When I was younger I compared myself with others who had more than myself, but since I’m older now, it’s becoming less and less important to me to do so. I am so incredibly sorry you have had to deal with such a “hard hand.” I pray the Lord continue to help you feel lifted in spirits. I am not sure that I have had to face illness like you have, but I have had a bought of depression about 5-6 years again. For the life of me I cannot begin to understand why I went through it other than to know what others go through, and for that I am incredibly thankful. I feel like being able to really relate always helps. During that time life seemed to be slipping by without me and I could not begin to bring myself out of my funk to be a part. I had even gotten to the point where I didn’t care to pray or take part in devotions. Finally, the idea came to mind to search out devotions on how I was feeling that very day, low, sad, lonely, alone, angry, depressed…whatever it maybe. I read one after another until I felt my heart had been touched. It was so refreshing that their were days I read and studied for hours because it felt so good to see and hear words that truly related to what I was feeling. So, if there is anything I could suggest it would be that. Look for words that relate to what you feel each day. I hope this all makes sense and most of all that it might be what you were looking for. I pray the Lords touch on your life. May His grace and goodness be with you. Have a wonderful evening.

@@gracefulliving_ SOOOOOO BLESSED, Thank you, your words reminded me of when I was a baby Christian, I started reading in Psalms, it was such a comfort. I had forgotten. I can't imagine how hard Depression, would be, It just seems like a scary place, and such a void. The Lord has been my rock and has kept me through this. I'm generally a positive person, but seems a bit lost as to what to do with myself. Your prayers are working, bcz I've had an epiphany as to what I can do, in the last hour since I've read your message. It would be a reading of a Christian book, about the Bride of Christ. I'm not sure if a blog spot or do a video, would be most beneficial? This book is really a rhema word, and sooo anointed. It's the essence of our compete surrender to our Lord, This is something I thought of doing yrs. ago but had forgotten about it. After reading your message I went upstairs to make my breakfast, and asked the Lord, and he reminded me of this. I'll have to see what i can find on You Tube, how to-do this. ANY Tips or not too's. Hi Deena - I am really late in replying to this beautiful video. I have been super busy and enjoying life so much now that I am feeling good. It’s amazing how I felt so bad for the most of last year. I’m sure the 43 pound weight loss contributed to some of the feeling better but my myasthenia gravis is doing better too and my diabetes is nonexistent. The doctor took me off all blood sugar medicine and I’m still maintaining very low numbers. I guess all that combined is really changed things for me. Not to mention the sweet prayers of people like you. Hallelujah but back to your video. Yes I loved the birdcage. It’s very unique and so Deena. You are so creative. I’ve been going back and watching some of your cooking videos and cleaning videos. They really are my favorites but I do love the decorating too. One thing that you have taught me is to use what I have in a new way. That has been fun but I will admit I paid a little visit to Hobby lobby last week and got a beautiful vase and some stems for my mantle. I just love them. My house is so clean. I have been cleaning since 1 September. Every closet every drawer every cabinet has been gone through and wiped out. Also some deep cleaning in every room. I think I told you before that I’m very tidy and my house is never out of order but it sure was dirty after not being able to do anything for almost a year. you are such a delight and such a blessing in my life.
