I agree with you in part, but we don't need buildings to worship in. We need to be feeding, clothing, and enabling the poor to do the same for others and share the Gospel (1 Cor. 15:1-4). I have never heard a pastor give a sermon on Biblical tithing, which isn't required as it is preached in most places, as well as running their churches as businesses. The Gospel is a free message, and one of our priorities is to share the Gospel with all nations, and to be doers and hearers of the Word.

I don't take the wisdom Robert Morris shared from God, away from him, after God used him for decades after he committed sin. What happened does not change the wisdom that God shared through him. I hope someday I'll be able to receive more of God's wisdom from him. If God didn't use severe sinners, there would only be Jesus. I know at the end, Robert Morris will be in Heaven, and to me the only thing that matters is Heaven. So I choose not to judge him because God already knew what had happened and he used Robert to reach other people, so God's judgement is enough for me. The victim's Parents should be held accountable. They did not report the heinous crimes against their daughter to the Police (they were too embarrassed to admit their fault in the crime.) They dismissed their daughters well-being. They prevented justice from being served. They directly put other children at risk of being molested. By saying nothing, they gave their tacit approval of their daughter's molester. Morris never lost one nights sleep over the matter. Whereas, the victim(s), probably has never had a peaceful nights rest.

I do not condone such behavior regardless of how a person is raised. But… we did forgive and gave it to God. We are living happy lives and owe it all to our savior. Jesus died on the cross not for one man’s sin, He payed the price for “ All Man”! My heart goes out to all who are hurting. I believe that if pastor Robert’s covered up his sinful nature then this is the reason for the shock. If he got help, council for what he did then why all the publicity and punishment this many years later? Don’t forget that Jesus died for your sins too. There isn’t one sin in this world that will go unnoticed , and if it does… remember we all die and face the real Judgement. ❤

Stop these things. Robert is accountable to His God not to any man.Yes sorry to the victim, but Is Robert the only man or child of God on earth who has committed sin? Robert shd not have resigned. He has lived in purity since then. When the righteous fall he rises up again. When the rapture takes place and Robert flies with Jesus and all those speaking against him and rubbing it in are left behind, all this does not matter. Right now what matters is let everyone work out his or her salvation with trembling. Be strong Robert

Ya almost 40 years ago, He was a young man, but its been over, Jesus, elders, Pastor Robert delt with this . Christians need to walk the walk now. Its in the past and was delt with.Just like people were used of Almighty in the very bible we read. And He still uses the pl today that have repented, turned, and were held accountable already! The New Man In Christ, means just that.

Wrong! Not only a sin, but a crime. One for which the common person (without clout and money) would have to do prison time for!! He's never been repentant. And even if he was, do the crime do the time.....

Hurt people hurt people he said himself years ago that he was physically emotionally sexually abused as a child. This not an excuse for anything but just a reminder to pray 🙏

Robert should have disqualified himself, knowing what he did to a child. And his mentor, James Robison, who put him right back in ministry should have disqualified Robert. Now James Robison has disqualified himself also.

Are you not all glad that you’re not discovered yet just hang on a little bit just be honest with yourself. I know that was wrong what Robert Morris did years ago. I believe that God was looking in his book and said I cannot find anything. Why are you bringing this up? If he is still in there , that’s a different story. I believe the devil is at work right here. If y’all that are talking right now would come to the light. I think you would end up in the same hole.

God gave dominion to Adam who disobeyed God and lost it to satan, who is the god of this world. God allows what we allow as believers who have been given authority through Jesus Christ. However, many do not know this and do not use that authority over satan.

The greatest preacher since Jesus Himself, was Apostle Paul. He worked as a tentmaker and was dependent on the hospitality of others during his mission trips. No Mega Churches with Mega support Staffs.

This was so wrong. After this huge mistake. It is tragic this happened. Pastor Morris may have truly repented. Who are we to say he didn’t? Hopefully this was the only incident. God has forgiven. I don’t believe God would have allowed Pastor M to continue for so many years had he not truly repented. There hasn’t been any one else stepped out and said the same.

IF he has truly repented. The fruits of repentance are not evident in his continued whitewashing, downplaying of what truly happened, his refusal to help pay for therapy and counseling. Instead he continued to manipulate those around him. Certainly pray the man will truly repent, but punishment for this crime is deserved. Matthew 18:6

Right. I'm 33 and it happened before I was born. I only found Robert Morris within the past 6 month, and I've read a few of his books and have a few left in my lineup. God used him for decades to share his wisdom. Just like God used a murderer in Moses and and Murderer and adulteror in King David. God used a terrorist named Saul which Jesus turned into Paul. God was not surprised by anything. He knew what would happen when He created us. I leave judgement up to God. I hope to receive further wisdom from God through Robert Morris. Even if that is only through the books I haven't read yet. The actions of humans, do not change the ways God has used them for His purposes. God has used him and will continue to use him.

This church needs so needs to implement and live by the authority of Jesus, the Scriptures and the Holy Spirit. I believe they are doing what feels right in their own eyes. Repent and come to the Lord Jesus do not be driven by the allure of money and prestige.

It supports the existence of God in science and knowledge. Every day, the space, universe and solar system are examined and an endless order, beauty and perfection emerges. This cannot be a coincidence, but it was created by a person with great power. This creator is God, he shapes and puts in order, he is compassionate towards his servants, he is praiseworthy. He is a worthy creator. Islam values science and knowledge.
