I disagree. If you read the lyrics to Fire, they are telling young people that it's okay to make mistakes and that their lives belong to them. I think this is directed at young people in Korea who feel so much family and societal pressure to be perfect, be the best, get A's in school, go to a good college, etc. Suga is telling them that he'll forgive them if they mess up.
