I don't know how you do it but I try to follow what you do in your video but I only see "chansey" rather than "blissey" so I repeat my question, do you have to upgrade the terra dome or not for it to work?😕🤔🤨😓 @Ryoscape

Yeah it was just to increase the outbreak encounter chances

If you go to north province area three there's no need to reset your time over and over.

I used the lv3 normal sandwich that uses herba mystica have you tried that?

Cannot get Blissy outbreak with level 2 or my luck is just bad

It's taken me almost 2 hours once, it's definitely a pain that's why I use lv3 to make it easier but I've had it take forever too

If you ever want to evolve it, apparently you still can even at that level with a rare candy, tried it and worked on a level 100 that could evolve.
