New Film Noir Releases July 2023

There's lots to celebrate in July for physical media lovers including a new Dark Side of Cinema box set from Kino, classic noir, neo-noir, and much more.
Starting this month, I'm doing side-by-side comparisons of some different editions of the same movie. Do you need both editions? I'll tell ya, there are some tough choices to be made here...
