The game literally tells you that they are only good for hunting small game. (and even that can be frustrating... but they are cheap to make) Hunting rabbits with these is a great way to level up archery skill.

Yeah I knew all along it was only good for rabbits but I wanted to show what happens when your shoot a deer!

There is a good reason for not trusting descriptions. Rifles say that it will bring down a deer maybe a wolf. When reality is a rifle will one shot both no matter where you hit them. Similarly you can even kill a moose with a revolver if you are patient enough and have alot of bullets. So testing game mechanics is always a good thing.

The good things and facts are: 1. Easy and quick way to level archery 2. the only way to kill more than one of these snow birds!!! - cause they don´t flee if you shoot another beside!!! 3. smithing is still necessary on interloper, cause you need a knife to craft them 4. they could break at the 1. use at any creature!!! - but you can be lucky to kill 3 small games with the same arrow, dependens on your luck!

i play on my gamer laptop that means pc version of long dark, and i made fire hardened arrow but the bow doesnt wanted to shoot them, coz the left mouse button doesnt wanted to shoot and the right mouse button either... how the heck i shoot with the bow, when not with left and right mouse button ???

Good video, You do get skills points for making the simple arrows while the fire hardened arrows you get nothing.

the 5 feather are not worth the non bleeding effect arrows, no thx, not worth at all!!!
