Thanks for the video. I bought both the versa 1 & 2 super cheap after using my versa lite for over a year and wanted more options. I like how you can use alexa on the 2, but I'd much rather use my phone because there's no way you can use that steadily and have good battery life. I'll sell the 2, and keep the 1!

Thanks for the video and for the advice to keep trying with inserting the larger band. Next time I must not take off the wrong band, good thing with all the trouble putting the first band on putting the buckle band back on was so easy. Now if only it could connect to a Windows computer.

I did everything you said but the clock is wrong isn't it supposed to automatically set to the correct time? I have an old Versa 2 never one to use a dang Smartwatch and I still don't see any use for this thing. Will it at least read my text messages so I can read them on my watch will it alert me if I can't find my phone? So far the best thing is just a stopwatch. It won't telling me blood pressure or O2 like it said it would it would just tell me heartbeat.

Honestly, I have yet to find a smart watch that provides me the comfort i am looking for. No matter how much re-assurance people provide on youtube regarding these products...they never truly live up to their marketing. In my opinion, Apple Smart Watch, Fitbit, and Samsung are seriously over priced for what they offer....If you are torn on jumping into smart watches...stop yourself from spending the money...if anything.. buy one try it...for a few hours...and return it...

Nope you just have to wear the watch to bed then sync your phone in the morning. I use it every day to track my sleep.

I bought a Fitbit versa lite and right out of the box it had 56 steps on it. Went to sleep with the Fitbit on my dresser and woke up to more steps over night 🤔. Couldn't reset the steps so I returned it and got the Fitbit versa 2, same thing. Right out of the box, it had 106 steps. Is there a way to reset the steps to zero?

I just got my Versa 2 today. When I scroll up to see my "Today" stats, it only shows me activity, heart rate, and steps. I've tried clicking settings, but it just says "add up to 7 stats.....", but it doesn't offer any other options. My Versa had water intake, food, workouts, weight etc to choose from. I could even add water intake straight from the watch. I contacted Fitbit and they are saying the watch needs 24 hours to collect data and then they will show up, but that doesn't make sense. The watch doesn't need time to collect data on any of those stats. Those are all stats you manually enter. Plus, I noticed when you were scrolling through, it looked like there were more than just the three on yours. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not that the data isn't there, the watch actually isn't even showing the stat icons or anything.

Yo creo que te refieres a Fitbit pay, no Samsung pay. Fitbit Versa 2 te da la opcion de poner a Fitbit pay o Alexa en tu settings para cuando detienes el boton del Fitbit, puedes utilisar Alexa o Fitbit pay. Alexa es como Siri, le puedes preguntar cosas como el clima, alarmas y ect cuando la activas por vos. Con Fitbit pay, pagas en las tiendas usando tu Fitbit versa en ves de usar tarjeta o enefetivo. Nomas agregas tu tarjeta de debito a tu Fitbit versa watch. Acuerdate que nomas tienes la opcion de usar Alexa o Fitbit pay cuando detienes el boton del reloj por unos segundos.
