I don't like that sugar has to be added. Adding sugar to any spirit makes it better, but at the price of increased calories. A good extract or flavoring essence should do its job without additional sugar.

Yeah, we were definitely a little put off by the amount of sugar required. You could always use these with a no calorie sweetener like Stevia, which I guess is a plus.

@@milehidistilling1 In my experience adding of sugar brings out the flavor by cutting the alcohol bite. just add what you need to taste the flavor.

Well Done Team, WELL DONE, I still can't get passed how much sugar you have to add to each 750ml bottle, I suppose each to their own... like Boo said, and I guess aging would also help finish/polish it.Great vid men ... the 💣. 👍.

It's definitely a lot more than we expected, and we HALVED it to begin with! However, they're all flavor to taste so you could start with zero sugar and move up from there or pick a "healthier" sweetener like Stevia if desired.

Now when you say needs to age on some of them, do you mean as-is in the bottle or on oak?
