Mine arrived, but the car doesn't connect to the control. I connect the battery, then turn on the switch inside the engine, and then turn on the control and it doesn't connect. When I turn on the switch inside the car it even turns on the headlight and taillight but it goes off afterwards, but inside the motorcycle there is a red light flashing but it cannot pair with the control.

You are supposed to turn on the remote BEFORE you turn on the truck, so remote on first, then switch on the truck and it should bind in an instant.

Theres a tough choice to be made between this, with a great body, or the fxx118 from furitek, with a pretty poor body but great everything else.....

Great review! Been seeing this and really wanting one especially because it’s a Toyota. All the videos I seen before this one always makes me think the fcx18 is so much larger then a scx24, but actually it’s pretty close to the size, give or take like half an inch or so. Looks totally worth it for my next project as I finally have my scx24 bronco in a comfy and really capable spot in its build. Currently debating on fcx18 or building a trx4m from scratch from all aftermarket parts and electronics. But kinda leaning more towards the fcx18. What do yall think?

The only issue i have with my Fcx24 is the amount of lash in the drivetrain, other than that, it's a great platform.

Everything with portals has a bit more lash. Im actually thinking of changing some of my portals rigs back to straight axle

Hi. Is this lc80 completely waterproof?

I’d say it’s splash proof, but not completely waterproof. I had one of the LED lights temporarily stop working when I took it through water.
