I watched last years race on KZbin and I will tell you it wasn't Lite Brite fans that started the problem but they did defend you guys honor. As for the exhaust to me it sounded better with the J-pipe installed and second was the cap installed. With it uncorked it just doesn't sound right but the 2.7l does sound way better than the 3.5l EcoBoost does.

Magnaflow is definitely a favorite exhaust for me they have the best quality sound and as Kevin mentioned they have an application for everyone’s vehicle out there… great company… and the Bronco sounds amazing

Wow! That was exhausting! The boys at play. Underside of Bronco really does need some flat pieces to slide on. Don't understand why the underside supports are made with so many edges to catch on. I’d be careful with no cap on the second outlet. If you were to sit idling too long, like in traffic, there’s a better chance of gases getting into the cabin since the exhaust is exiting under the car and not directed outward. Also, it’s probably just the camera mic, but the no cap version almost sounds a little rattley. With just the minimal cap sounded best on camera to me.

Muffler choice: just the small cap without j pipe because you don’t want the exhaust gasses caught under the bronco. Cap it and send the gasses out the dropped pipe.

I was following the chat at KOH last year and Lite Brite definitely dominated it, but nobody was being rude at all or unsupportive of the other participants. KOH should be happy that you and Kevin brought a whole lot of new viewers and enthusiasts to the event. Maybe this year they will give you more air time than they did last year because of that popularity.

It's a turbo, go straight pipe. The turbo blocks all the sound and Ford does add sound to the cabin.

The Lite Brite fan attack on last years KOH chat stream was how I ended up a subscriber here..I was watching the race and the live messaging was nuts so I went and checked out who this mythical Lite Brite was! My first thoughts were , beautiful blonde who wheels how could this be bad but the more I watched the more it became obvious she was more than just pretty , she had a infectious personality. I also really became a fan of Kevin with his self deprecating sense of humor and sharp wit.

I like to be able to unleash the sound of the engine without adding obnoxious noise so I like it the last way you had it. I put the magnaflow overland catback exhaust on my 3.6 Wrangler and in my opinion it does the engine some justice.

Yes, the factory audio system does amplify engine noises and play them through the speakers. Also you’ll definitely get more turbo noise from aftermarket intake/exhaust

It’s typically something they do on all vehicles with any sort of sound enhancement system, wether it be Bang and Olufsen or Sony or even just the premium Ford audio packages that come with the Raptor/Shelby/RS/ST/Limited models

If you leave the second output hole open with no cap please add a downspout to get the exhaust lower and closer to the outside of the vehicle.

Maybe a K&N intake filter next would be handy to be able to clean the dust out of the filter or maybe a pre filter. Also on the muffler if the cap isn't used or if the exhaust pipe is in the rear hole there is a greater risk of corrosion from the exhaust gasses being corralled up in that area back there, gotta empower those Broncos to become wild Mustangs.

don't know about a gas motor but on a turbo on a diesel you remove a device then you get a sound from the turbo if you can do that you have a nice sound on a gas powered motor

I did a MBRP 4" cat back with Stainless Works 3" down pipes and race cats on my little bros 2020 2.7l ECO F150. AND GOD IS THAT THING NASTY in the bad way lol, the 2.7l does not sound good haha. But its fast with the right tune, we're looking at a 4 link as the next mode as it does not like to keep the rubber stuck to the road at all. Nothing makes your butt pucker faster than dropping WOT @70MPH and having the ass of the truck break loss on you going down the highway.

for the rear lower link mounts the best option is to make the angle shallower and reinforce them as much as possible

I literally have $100 in my Jeep JL 2.0 exhaust. Flow master flowtech. It’s got a low tone with great idle sound. When passing or really getting into it it sounds like a jet taking off.

Just curious your thoughts about the axle back one with the dual exhaust...worth it you think? I don't expect to do any rock crawling on my bronco, but would like a better sound and look if its worth it. Was looking at Magna Flow, but I know Borla is coming out with one also. Any thoughts between the two?

On my 2021 Pro Tacoma I have a Magnuson Supercharger with a 6 speed M/T and I only hear the whine of the Supercharger when I get on it in 3rd to 5th gear. and going from 5th to 6th at 4,000 RPM I am doing 102 mph not bad for a Tacoma.

I'm pretty sure that on most new Ford vehicles that are supposed to be V8 but are twin-turbo V6 has the V8 sound pumped into them
