just beacuse you add air bags it dose not increase the towing maybe pay load but not towing

That mod would not get certified in Australia we have different rules.

What is the train Weight of Ford Ranger in Australia then it’s six ton here and the license to operate. It is through SVT

I assume you mean the combined weight of the car and van. We call this the GCM the Gross Combined Mass and the weight of the vehicle the GVM gross Vehicle Mass the replacement of the bump stop for an air bag while legal here does not allow for an increase in the GVM. the reason I have been told is that the leaf spring carries the constant load over two engineered points so the chassis will not be unduly stressed. The replacing of the bump stop puts stress on the chassis in the center point which it is not designed for. As an example my new Ranger wildtrak V6 is getting a GVM and GCM upgrade to GVM 3700KG, and Tow 3500KG, GCM 7200KG, this is only allowed with the use of leaf springs and new shack absorbers.@@CCRVUK
