Loved this one. The last one I did with my other half. Came back through with Forest seeing all the new borne foals

Super filming Dave. I traveled from Andover to visit Calshot just over a week ago with some of my family. Social distancing observed of course. A lovely day we had and walk around the area. As you mentioned in your production it's full of history and fasinating quirks. More of the same please dear fellow

That was another lover walk. Another place I’ve never walked. I’ve been to Calshot, but approached from the west. I always think those beach huts are very picturesque with all their different colours.

Really interesting, it's an area I know well yet didn't know a lot of the history of the place. Brilliant.

Great video! Last time I was at Calshot was in 2005. We visited there once to view “Queen Mary 2,” on her maiden voyage. Your closing view is particularly memorable. Have a picture of my good lady wife and our children there shortly before we moved to NZ. Didn’t now about the Pub in Ashlett , otherwise would have been in like shot!

I popped in to the Jolly Sailor at the end of the walk - I can recommend the Cider!

Well! You have done it again Dave One of my childhood playgrounds. As I was born next to Fawley Church ,Ashlett was just a short walk away. In the summer we used to swim from the Quay to the mill. Esso used to have a indoor rifle range on the upper floor of the Mill and I was a member for a year or too. Might add it was a .22 range. So thanks for the memories Happy Christmas to you and your family and of course Logan. Keep the memories coming.👍

Hello Dave, I spent a lot of my youth sailing to the Jolly Sailor from Calshot beach and even camping on the green. Very interesting video. Thank you.

Thanks Peter. I had a pint at the Jolly Sailor at the end of the walk (Covid 19 regs in place so it was served from the door & I had to drink it outside - thankfully the weather was good!).

Another intersesting walk Dave .. Loved the scenery - it reminded me of a walk I did last year from Southbourne to Chichester. Liked the look of the round Calshot Castle. Also good to see Logan having fun in the sea. Cheers ...

What is the music we can hear please
@DaveFord8 ай бұрын
All the music used comes from the (free) KZbin audio library. The first walking scene was "firefly" by Chris Haugen. The music for Logan on the beach was "Safety Net" by Riot. I hope that helps?

Am I turning into a burglar? I want to get inside all these buildings. Except maybe the haunted house.
