Just caught this - can certainly empathise with your feelings about those criticising - I used to run one of the yards at Altham for 15 years or so, came out of it after that as I got fed up of working for everyone else - the Landlord, The Council, Defra, the VAT man and my employees ;) You never really switch off! You guys seem to be doing a good job - I must pop down to see you sometime. Hopoe the break to Tenerife gave you some rest :)

You have to remember, James, that many people see only what their eyes tell them, and it is difficult for them to take the broader view. It's a bit like a fun fair: the public see the bright lights the music that blares out and the rides swirling and turning; all THAT hides the reality of setting up, maintenance on the move and the thousands of jobs to be done to keep the "tip of the iceberg" in the public eye. What we see in "our" videos IS the 'tip of the iceberg' of BCB, those who can't see beyond that are not really 'haters' that is all they want to see... James, John Zoe Threeton Chris and all the others as 'entertainers'. Old chaps like me see over the years, month by month the same team virtually sweating blood to keep a business growing, I'll guarantee that forklift and really smart-looking truck didn't come with a twopence halpenny price tag; that sort of money does not come from messing about, it comes from dedicated hard graft and, let's face it, inspiring loyalty in a core of staff, which is a great juggling trick in itself! Mate ignore the bad comments you will all ways haters you boys do work hard not easy running a scrap yard with all the laws health and safety you have gone along way from when you first started you have a good bunch of lads working for you that forklift truck is way better then the old blue as it was nackered just make sure you maintain and service it and will last years you lot will keep growing and get better it's hard work but it pays off and gets easier when you have better machines crusher should be nexted as you don't know how long the old one will last as it's been breaking down more and welded up to many times keep it up lads you should be proud of yourselfs 👍
