Construction engineers are seen walking about but not working for it is windy and rain is lashing down. LV. The Forth Bridge. VS. Thanks for posting the video. It is always good to see how life was long ago. The shots of the rail bridge remind me of when I first saw them as a kid, that they looked like three gigantic plant eating dinosaurs wading across a river.
