Very nice indeed. Tested today, and it’s a more refined, mature, slightly herbaceous version of Versace Dylan Blue. Not for the young crowd, but very solid. A must buy for me. Thank you Max Forti, for another great recommendation 👏.

The opening smells like drakkar which isn't a bad/it's exotic,not to fougere,not to blue in the middle.....

I’m smelling Dior Sauvage and Rochas LHomme side by side and can confirm the openings are very similar Sauvage is smoother more mass appealing whereas Lhomme is more bitter and deep probably due to the notes of Juniper berries.

The construction and blending of this one is stunning, and the scent journey is really beautiful and compelling. Cardamom is still a challenging note for me, but Rochas Homme is doing something very right. It’s almost as if the cardamom morphs into the floral heart, and it actually caught me off guard. I’m putting this and Idéal Sport in the “not a blue fragrance” category, as I associate the blue genre with calone. I hope Rochas brings distribution to NA.

Rochas is an excellent house. I must say though, that I disagree with 'blue' scents being mature. I simply cannot disassociate the pervasive showergel scent with anyone other than a man in his 20s and 30s. I just don't find them to hold the proper gravitas.

You know, I always get this one mixed up with Ungaro's L'homme. Great to get your take Max. Methinks this might be the blue fragrance for me. Sauvage was never my thing (and I don't like Star Wars...) 😂 Nahhh, but I think I've gotten bored of BdC edp and it's missing that moss in the base. We'll see after I give it a go.
