Just yesterday I was thinking about placing another order with them and this video is pushing me over the edge! I usually get their sprays and they are great quality and very long lasting! Thanks for putting me on! A few past purchases I've enjoyed have been: Le Labo Vanille 44 (I've only tried the OG once, so not enough to compare how close it is, but the GP version smells so addictive!); Baccarat Rouge A++ (IMO the dupe is pretty spot on compared to my BR sample); Miss Dior Cherie (smells identical to the deluxe mini I've been hoarding away). Not sure exactly what I'll get next, but I have my eye on Lira, Italica and possibly TF Lost Cherry (adore the OG, but wondering if the dupe will have better longevity). Also want to try the discontinued TF Sahara Noir, but will save that purchase for fall.

Fun review! I love Generic, but my favorite dupe oil is Matiere Noire (LV) by Universal Cosmetics. It is 🔥.

I've never actually smelled Italica, but I picked up Genre Parfum's interpretation of it (Virtuoso) and I instantly fell in love. The almond, toffee, sandalwood - divine.

I agree with Yana that it has a lil more marshmallow but that is perfect, that’s why I love this perfume because of the marshmallow note! I have been buying Generic perfumes in spray form. I dislike rollerballs because they are not really sanitary and you get skin cells. sweat, skin oils inside them so they can go bad faster, so I buy the spray versions. I'm pretty happy with the sprays. I like that you can get 8 ml travel sprays in some of them. One of my favorite summer scents is Serge Lutens Datura Noir, but it doesn't last on me, no one else has duped it but Generic Perfumes and the Generic Perfumes version lasts longer than the OG. I'm going to have to try their Kilian Princess because I wish for Princess to have a bit more marshmallow, and I tried Dua's dupe and didn't like it.

I also have issues with the sanitary aspect of oils. What I do is pop off the roller ball bit so I can pour a few drops onto the unscented moisturizer in my hand. I like to do it way because I prefer to mix it up quite often and this allows for me to do that on a daily basis if I want to. Works like a chanp! And bonus...the skin gets so soft!

@parkerlynne, could you please tell me how the Dear Polly dupe is, compaired to the original? I am thinking about ordering but still undecided. Can you smell the tea? Did you buy the oil?

@@lianemilani8821 What I got smelled 50% at best like Dear Polly to be honest. It smells good and I like it, but I would not call it a dupe by any means unfortunately. Ambrette and Another 13 are spot on so I would recommend sticking to items on their site with multiple reviews. I have yet to find anything close to affordable that hits that tea note like Dear Polly does.

Ive been watching Amber Marie Rogers and she loves Generic perfumes so I just placed my order and I received it yesterday, and the oils I got were very nice! I also ordered a perfume oil of Lipstick on and a 30ml perfume spray and it’s beautiful. I was missing a few oils and I emailed customer service and got a reply the next day and are fixing the problem. I ordered 20 items so I’m not mad and they fixed the mistake so I am a happy camper! Can’t wait to place my next order….

I’m impressed. I live in the western US and it shipped from Kuwait in less than 4 days. The perfume oils were sealed in plastic in the box tube packaging which is nice in case they leak, then it wouldn’t get everywhere. There were some samples included and as well as a packet of paper tester strips. The oils all smell divine! I also tried to give another dupe house, Alt fragrances, another chance and it arrived the day before- the bottle was leaky and the scent wasn’t close to the original. So I will definitely purchase from Generic Perfumes again!

Hi! How do theirs oils compare to Oil Perfumery? I made an order yesterday after your video (Gris Montaigne, Bois d'Argent, Delina Exclusif, L'Interdit Rouge, Alien Essence Absolu and Italica). I can't wait to see how is Bois d'Argent. I've tried Zoha and Oil Perfumery of Bois d'Argent and I found that they're so faint. Hope this one is better🙂

I enjoy both of them, they each have their pros and cons. Quality wise I find GP a bit better for most versions but OP is great too and have nice packaging and free shipping options. I did comparisons to originals with oils of both brands over the summer so check those videos out, they're in the fragrance oils playlist :)

While the two perfumes that I ordered from Generic perfumes last month smell good, I had an unpleasant experience. The oil perfume feels as if it's burning my wrist and I broke out in a rash on my neck when I used it. Perhaps their oil perfumes are too concentrated. I purchased the Libre Intense and the Magenta Tanzanite. I didn't experience that with Oil Perfumery. I don't know if I'm going to give Generic perfumes another try.

The most accurate br540 dupe I've smelled so far is actually from Julianna's Perfumes but it's not an oil. Oil Perfumery is great though!

I do find a lot of GPs versions a bit better but oil Perfumery is great too. I like their packaging more. I don't know anything about billing or customer service issues though

I bought 4 perfumes 2.5gm on their site "Generic Perfumes" for the first time There are two fragrances that have not been completely filled, and there is a noticeable lack of them "haute luxe A++" and "Amber Aoud Crystal" Roja! Knowing that the FedEx shipping costs I paid are expensive ! no response from them ! I'm still disappointed

Hello Yana, I would like to place 5 perfume bottles. However, I couldn't go through the payment process. I used a couple of my credit cards and also called the card center and was 100% sure it was ok. I emailed to this company a couple times and got no response. Then I whatsapp and Facebook message to them and still NO REPLY. So, I was wondering how you guys placed order form this company? Please help! I'm so frustrated.!

Not trying to be a troll, but I prefer Oil Perfumery better. Usually, I take my tips from you but not this time. My last $300 Generic Perfume order was very messed up. The bill was incorrect & all 6 bottles smelled like diesel at PetroCan & the refund was returned in Kuawati dinars. Months later Canada customs sent the bill for the duty. Never again. I was sad because, it's true that Generic Perfumes have 5x the variety of products, however the 30 oils I've received from OP have smelled ok & I've never had billing issues. I'm glad your experience was better.

@@cloudlessmind888 Same here. I wanted to order 5 oil perfume from GP but my CC hasn't been accepted and didn't go through the process. No matter how many cards I applied. It showed all of my cards invalid. Then, I emailed and what'sapp them about this issue. NO REPLY AT ALL. I guess they didn't care about it. Also, 5 bottles plus a set of gift charge the shipping fee for $27 was ridiculous.... SAD, ..... i rather get the OP.

I have ordered some Malle dupes, very disappointed. None smell remotely like the original - I couldn't smell l'eau d'hiver at all. The sample of Hayati they included smelled really rank. I am a great fan of Perfume Parlour in UK and will stay with them for my dupe oils.
