No, you can't adjust it up and down. It only goes side to side.

This camera is so stupid the 360 feature always has the camera facing the wrong direction and doesn’t catch anything valuable on the camera I sent mine back DONT BUY‼️

Lifetime warranty is untrue. My original has suddenly stopped working and theyre only offering me the 360 for $119 and want mine returned (orobably to refurbish and ship off to another schmuck like me).
