TIp for increasing damage: the easiest way is to use the plaguebane and the eternal blessing gourd, and they stack, so if you're trying to go for a one hit max damage, equip plaguebane with Loong balm(increases damage on the next hit I think), take a drink, switch to eternal blessing, take another drink right before going in for the hit. there are also items you soak in the wine which increases your damage coming out of invisibility, but I don't know their name in english another thing is to use the Yaksha armor set, which grants you damage increase while increasing the damage you take there are some other set up things that you can do which is quite long so I'm not typing them out now, I think the max I've seen with this idea deals 20,000 damage in one hit p.s. if you want to use the plagebane or eternal blessing but is worried about the reduced healing, use lambbrew, although the initial heal is still halved, the heal over time is not

I’m on NG+ 2 and even just rocking the default gear you’re still hitting hard but your defense is smaller. Bonus for your playstyle - upgrade the Pilgrim** gear set fully. While wearing it you can drink the gourd while running, movement speed is increased, and while running you build up focus and increase the attack of the first hit after running. There’s also a curio that increases the speed of focus build up (So cloud step while you’re clones are out, run around a bit and you’ll have those four focus points in no time)

You can interract with the painting at the end of the the chapters. You just gotta zoom into the characters that are inportant to the chapter and press E. You'll hear the voice of the Old monkey talk about them
