It is so wonderful that Hornby are now making models of high quality under the brands of Rivarossi and Jouef. Over many decades, Hornby from England introduced many young keen people to the world of model trains with their affordable HO/OO scale train sets - often as Christmas or birthday presents. It is so pleasing to see them now doing really high-standard scale models for the serious hobbyist. This is what many people want these days. Good quality and detail, even if it costs more...

I really like these locos. I have one in TT scale but tempted maybe to get one of the Jouef HO ones too. Lets hope Hornby stay in business in the next few years.
