I’m definitely getting one. I’ve got an 11.5 inch foxtrot Mike side charger. It’s probably the cheapest gun that I own, but it’s one of the funniest to shoot one of the lightest, one of the least recoiling, and one of the most accurate for damn near no money at all.

The general idea of making a more solid, overbuilt AR-15 / AR-18 combination rifle is cool.While actually being one of the lightest rifles. And at this price, even more so. There sure is room for improvement or a version 2, but this seems like proprietary parts done right rather than being an annoyance that's non interchangable.

So this is basically an FN upper with an interesting Barrel that is treated into the receiver. the muzzle brake is a pain in the butt because you're stuck with it. I don't know what you mean by accurate metering a hole is a hole a gas block is a gas block. adjustment is an interesting thing, but you do have the Springs, which is like being able to adjust your buffer. The lowers the lower, I wouldn't mind buying an upper and that's about as far as I go honestly.

i have a FM 15. thing i like is the light weight. thing i hate is how the recoild spring(double) gets all crunchy at the compressed end. it is very difficult to rack and lock the bolt because of spring is too crunched up. also adjustable gas has very vague adjustment control. kind like cheap scope turret adjustments.. for me it's meh

I don't know how you can call a machined in muzzle device a positive. It severely restricts what you can do with it once you buy it. There is nothing wrong with being able to swap muzzle devices at will for different requirements, even if you do need to pin & weld. There plenty of us that don't.
@FitnFireАй бұрын
There are a large portion of the shooting community that do not have suppressors and don’t know how to install new muzzle devices. I never said there is anything wrong with switching devices. Ultimately, if that isn’t your cup of tea, then don’t buy it. However, you can’t project your personal preferences on the entire community as fact. Case in point, all of my AKs and ARs immediately get a JMAC Keymo muzzle device. This was one less device I needed to purchase. Thats a net positive; however, (and as mentioned) that’s not for everyone which is why they are creating different options on future models.
