I got mine today. They don’t work. No power. Working with support so hopefully they will replace. Also no “wild Robot” anything in or on the box.

They do offer a 2 year limited warranty which I would assume covers damaged out of the box. You shouldn't have any trouble getting these fixed or replaced.

In my opinion yes, and yes you can edit these Pixel by pixel to say whatever you want, and there is an option for scrolling text

One VERY Important thing you did NOT cover is that you canNOT pair these like you can with the first generation.Govee is forcing you to buy a completely different setup if you want a 2curtain setup or a 3 curtain setup. So to enjoy ALL of the effects you will have to buy all 3 sets, totaling close to $1000!
