Please do something about rental costs of apartment.4,500shekel monthly without any bills how the people who works in minimum wage can afford this price. Please make a law that the owner of the rental apartments will pay the arona and real estate agent fee. How comes that no receipts issues by the apartment owners if the renter paying check. How come the renter will pay the real estate agents one month total cost of the apartment plus the tax, and no receipt issue too. Having the resident pay arona is a lot fairer than making the landlord pay, after all, the resident is the one who receives the benefit of municipal services. But, you're correct, rents are too high, because the cost of buying an apartment is too high. (How big an apartment do you have? We pay ₪3K for a 3 1/2 room dira in Carmei Gat.) The government needs to release more land, at not charge an arm and a leg for it, to make living more affordable.

@Mark Twain I’m not done yet. Under Sharia, homosexuality gets someone the d3ath penalty. That’s not something to be respected. The person to whom I referred was a gay man who fled to Israel, got kidnapped and brought back to “Palestine” to be beheaded. That’s just one story of one “Palestinian” gay/lesbian and that’s just one Muslim majority place. And I’ve read plenty of surats and haddiths to understand the Islamic stance on the subject.
