Turned out great Pete! I’ve always been a fan of spraying soapy water on the plastics so you can move the graphics if needed and then using a squeegee once you like where they are placed. Gives a little wiggle room😀

I bought this kit and just applied it today, I have quite a few air bubbles all over but I can always reheat the adhesive and pull it up and fix it but it could be alot worse so I think im gonna leave it the way it is, im very happy with it

Use the wet method with a squeegee/paddle, so you can reposition and get bubbles 🫧 out

Definitely one of the best looking and riding 400 I’ve seen I know you said you’d put an aftermarket seat cover on but idk I think you should stick with the oem one maybe just a new one or a black oem cover and that says Honda or some how you could find one with trx on the sides sense you got rid of the sportraxs graphics and up dated it to trx

Just a heads up if you want better stopping power you can put the dual piston calipers from a YFZ 450 on the front with no modifications

Dish soap with water on a spray bottle makes it easy to position.

You need to use Johnson's Baby Shampoo and water in a spray bottle that way you can move the sticker around all you want and there you have it where you want it take a squeegee to it and then your heat gun

I'd say only if you're having overheating issues or ride in in extreme temperatures. If you're running hot then maybe the motor's due for a refresh or some tuning to bring the temps to a better spot

I got 2 loose cyclinder head bolts that the inside are stripped not the bolts themselves. leaks oil and i got no clue how to fix it

You'll have too find a new cylinder head since the threads are stripped theirs no point in trying too fix it. You can still find cylinder heads on partszilla or honda genuine parts.
