I took a look at a Pic from JDF of him in the Helmet he has on for one of his stunts and when comparing that to the two that you have WR5 has it more accurate in terms of the face the down side to WR5's is that it is a little too wide. I Agree that Eric's is nicely rounded but its just a slight improvement over Aniki's. If you put WR5's face Sculpt and made it the same roundness of Eric's then i would think that we would have a near Perfect match to the Stunt Helmet.

I'd say Eric0101's is the best. It just plain looks better, although I'd like to see a WildRanger5 helmet that wasn't rushed, just to be...fair, I guess.

the keys are mainly for alignment so that the helmet closes smoothly, they don't actually keep the helmet closed.

I really wish someone would make a hybrid of these helmets. The aniki and Eric0101 helmets I think overall have a more accurate aesthetic, but length-wise the WR5 helmet is more accurate. The WR5 helmet has more accurate visor shape when viewed from a side profile and the placement of the "eyes" are more screen accurate.

there are some prop makers who do magnet release helmets but a lot of them have given up as the magnet thing wasn't particularly comfortable.

Hi, Eric's are available in kit for only via rangerboard. WildRanger5 came out with a new sculpt 2 years ago nearly identical to the screen used one. Checkout my Instagram for pics. I haven't got round to doing a video on it yet as it needs a paint repair

Eric0101's helmet looks like the original helmet from the actual TV show MMPR. No way Green Ranger visor is that big on the helmet.

Very good comparison video. A great guide for any ranger helmet buyer. Even though I like the way Eric's looks, I think I would get the other because I have lot of hair. So the extra room would be nice.

The one on the left reminds me a lot of the one shown during Dino Thunder (minus the ridiculous silver stripe, of course), while the right looks more like the one in the original Sentai footage. Could just be my eyes, but both seem pretty accurate. I'd say I prefer the one on the right because it seems like it'd be more comfortable, but that's just my opinion.

The right helmet looks a lot more detailed. Just a very clean crisp look to it. I had a quick question you mentioned that you used to have Aniki's helmet. I'm looking to get one would you say the helmet you have on the right is better than aniki's?

the helmets are both very nice though obviously the right helmet is of superior quality, though I noticed a flaw that puts me off, the sculpt is inconstant and not completely symmetrical I understand it is very hard to do but the slight off sided visor becomes more apparent the longer I look

If i had the skills to make my very own Green Ranger helmet and costume, i would make my Green Ranger helmet and costume look exactly just like the Green Ranger helmet and costume of the episode "Fighting Spirit" of Power Rangers Dino Thunder and the exact same Green Ranger helmet and costume that Jason David Frank as Tommy wears of the Legendary War episode of Power Rangers Super Megaforce. except my Green Ranger helmet would not have the silver stripe on the nose, above the eyes, and the top of the helmet, and the helmet would be painted with a glossy emerald green nova color and no clasps on the sides of the helmet so that it would snap and un-snap on the inside, the spandex would be made out of matching emerald green nova fabric to match the paint color of the helmet, the green stripes on the arm guards and boots of my Green Ranger costume would be made out of matching emerald green nova leather to match the spandex and paint of the helmet too, the dragon dagger holster of the belt of my Green Ranger costume would be made out of the exact same white leather used for the belt instead of black leather, the morpher buckle of my belt would be sculpted out of hard and the plates of the morpher would be painted with shiney chrome silver paint and the coin in the morpher buckle would be painted with shiney gold paint, the gloves of my Green Ranger costume would be made out of a soft white fabric and not leather, and the chest shield, arm bands, and the trimming on the arm guards and boots of my Green Ranger costume would be made out of soft foam covered in shiney metallic gold fabric. and that is how i would make my very own Green Ranger helmet and costume.

Wow, I also ordered a Green Ranger helmet off MMPR Helmets USA and let me tell you it looks nowhere near as nice as your one. Seems like the one I recieved was pretty rushed. Paint is not as clean overall, missing a ton of pin striping and the cut for the flap is really jagged and not flush with the helmet at all. Shame.
