Just make sure you occasionally have gridwise on the foreground. I've caught it not properly track miles if it's in the background. I would drive for half an hour and only see 1.2 miles shown. So start it up and let it generate numbers and toggle in between your orders for a proper tracking.

Gridwise does not allow you to change your location. You need to uninstall it, then reinstall it once you've moved. If you are depending on this app so you can accurately pay your taxes, you will probably end up in jail.
